Aufgaben

Aufbau und Überwachung von Budgetprozessen: Planung, Forecasts und regelmäßige Forecast-Updates

Erstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresberichten

Management-Reporting für Geschäftsführung und Stakeholder

Internes Berichtswesen inkl. Budgetkontrolle und fundierter Kommentierung

Ad-hoc-Analysen und Business-Partnering: du unterstützt Führungskräfte direkt bei operativen Entscheidungen

Entwicklung von Forecasting-Modellen

Aufbau von Management-Reports und KPI-Dashboards mit modernen BI-Tools

Automatisierung von Reportingprozessen (ETL, Datenmodellierung)

Du bist bereit, 1-2 Mal im Monat nach Magdeburg zu reisen, um unser Team vor Ort zu treffen
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit Schwerpunkt Controlling
- Mehrjährige Praxis im Controlling. Idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrungen in Finanzcontrolling, Consulting, WP oder Corporate Finance
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, Datenbanken, Analyse-Tools und Power BI
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Zahlenaffinität und ein sicheres Gespür für die Aussagekraft von Kennzahlen
