Know more about CloudLabs : CloudLabs: Hands-on Lab Platform for Training, POCs & DemoSpektra Systems is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to fuel CloudLabs' next phase of growth. You will build and run the demand engine that turns CloudLabs' expanding market presence into a consistent flow of qualified pipeline - owning the full journey from awareness through to sales-ready opportunity.

Primary responsibilities:

• Own the demand generation engine across paid search and social, SEO, content distribution, webinars, and lifecycle nurture programmes.

• Carry marketing-sourced pipeline targets and own the MQL-to-SQL funnel, including the handoff process and SLAs with the sales team.

• Build and manage marketing automation, lead scoring, and routing in HubSpot.

• Design and execute segment-specific campaigns across CloudLabs' buyer groups: training providers, ISVs, system integrators, enterprise, and education.

• Report on CAC, pipeline contribution, and channel ROI — and continuously optimise spend based on what's working.

• Partner closely with Product Marketing on messaging and with Sales on lead quality standards.

Requirements

What you bring:

• 4+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS or a technical/IT training-adjacent space.

• Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), paid media, and performance analytics.

• Proven pipeline contribution — be ready to talk numbers.

• A test-and-learn mindset with a strong command of funnel metrics.

Nice to have:

• Experience marketing to technical buyers or within the Microsoft partner and cloud ecosystem.

Note: Please apply if you're attracted to a dynamic, high-growth environment where you're actively involved in shaping customer outcomes and driving business growth. Responsibilities and expected skills are subject to level and years of experience.

How this was produced

Highlights are found by rule, not by a model: each one is a phrase matched at a known position, and every note is a template we wrote. The two scores come from a typed-decision model (Jev) that reads the listing against the official role definition and real listings for the same role, and returns probabilities rather than prose — it never writes any of the words on this page, and never chooses what to highlight.

Deterministic penalty applied to the HR score: 4 points (from 67 before penalties). Reviewed 21 Sep 2026.
