This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact region, shape its development, and build a strong, long-term presence. As part of our continued expansion, we are growing into Eastern Europe. In this role, you will lead our Account Executives across Austria, Switzerland, and our emerging Eastern European markets, playing a key role in scaling the business and establishing our footprint in the region.

About the Role:

The Director of Sales is a key leadership role driving growth across the ALPS and Eastern European region. We’re looking for a proven SaaS sales leader with a strong track record in building and leading high-performing new business teams, consistently exceeding revenue targets, and driving disciplined execution.

You will lead teams across Austria, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe, setting a high-performance culture, holding teams accountable, and leading from the front. This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to scale teams, win new logos, and deliver sustained growth in a competitive environment.

The role can be based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Strong regional experience across ALPS and Eastern Europe is essential.

The base salary range for this job family is 117,500 to 236,600 EUR annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
