About the Role
We are looking for a JuniorFacebook Ads Specialist to join our media buying team to work across multiple international markets. This is a fast-paced, high-growth role for someone who is eager to learn, takes ownership seriously, communicates proactively, and doesn't need to be chased for updates.

You'll work closely with our media buying, video editing, graphic design, and landing page teams to turn performance data into better creative ideas and experiments.

You'll be involved in both running the ads and thinking about what we should test next.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta campaigns across assigned markets
• Monitor campaign and creative performance and identify what is working and what isn't
• Analyze winning and losing ads to understand why they perform differently
• Come up with new creative ideas, angles, hooks, messaging, and ways to improve existing winners
• Turn your findings into clear briefs for our video editors and graphic designers
• Test different creative concepts, offers, messages, and landing pages
• Conduct market and competitor research to find new opportunities and ideas
• Work with the landing page team to make sure the ad and landing page tell a consistent story
• Review test results and recommend what to scale, stop, or test next
• Keep track of experiments and learnings so the team can build on previous results
• Work closely with other team members to make sure ideas move from insight → creative → test → learning
• Take ownership of your work and proactively raise problems, opportunities, and ideas

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for someone who is comfortable with Meta Ads but also has a strong interest in creative and consumer behavior. You don't need to know everything. We care more about how you think.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related field is a plus—but what truly matters is your attitude and ability to grow. Eagerness to learn is just as valued as experience.
• 1-3 years of hands-on Meta ad campaign experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads metrics and campaign performance
• Analytical thinker who can explain why an ad is working or underperforming
• Comfortable developing, testing, and iterating creative ideas
• Clear communicator who can turn insights into actionable feedback
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tests
• Strong Plus: Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands and cross-functional creative teams, including video editors and designers, with exposure to creative briefs, hooks, angles, UGC concepts, landing page testing/CRO, and/or multiple international markets.
