The firm has been fortunate to represent many clients who are members of the Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 lists of multinational corporations. We are currently seeking a Senior Insurance Defense Attorney.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense and be comfortable managing cases from inception through resolution. This role offers meaningful responsibility, client interaction, and the opportunity to work across a variety of complex litigation matters.

Ideal Candidate:

• Manage a full caseload independently from inception to trial/arbitration

• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions

• Conduct depositions (parties, witnesses,experts)

• Handle discovery and case strategy development

• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel

• Participate in the settlement negotiations, mediations, and trial preparation

Requirements:

• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.

• 8 to 10 years of civil litigation experience.

• Insurance Defense experience required.

• Strong proficiency in legal research and writing.

• Demonstrated experience taking and defending depositions.

• Familiarity with insurance carrier billing guidelines and reporting requirements.

• Detail-oriented, articulate, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Income Range: $170,000 - $195,000

• Plus, additional performance compensation for exceeding billables

• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.

Location:

• Long Beach, California (90802)

• Remote - Come into the office as needed
