Principais responsabilidades:
- Identificar e analisar requisitos de negócio;
- Realizar o entendimento dos processos e o desenho das soluções;
- Garantir a aderência das soluções às necessidades da organização nos processos de OTC (Order to Cash);
- Elaborar especificações funcionais e planos de testes;
- Realizar configurações e otimizações das funcionalidades do SAP SD;
- Atuar com processos de vendas, faturamento, precificação, remessas, devoluções e contratos;
- Trabalhar com integrações entre SAP SD e outros módulos e sistemas;
- Realizar testes funcionais e apoiar os ciclos de UAT;
- Garantir a qualidade das entregas;
- Atuar em conjunto com áreas de negócio, desenvolvimento, integração e demais módulos SAP;
- Participar de discussões com stakeholders locais e globais, garantindo o alinhamento das soluções aos objetivos corporativos.
Requisitos:
- Sólida experiência como Consultor(a) SAP SD Sênior;
- Experiência com processos OTC (Order to Cash);
- Conhecimento em processos de vendas, faturamento, precificação, remessas, devoluções e contratos;
- Experiência em levantamento de requisitos e elaboração de especificações funcionais;
- Experiência com configurações e otimizações no SAP SD;
- Conhecimento em integrações SAP;
- Conhecimento em Localização Brasil e Processos Fiscais;
- Conhecimento sobre a Reforma Tributária;
- Experiência com testes funcionais e ciclos de UAT;
- Inglês obrigatório.
