We’ve built custom software for US clients since 2018, and we’re now building a different delivery model: one senior engineer-consultant owns the whole engagement end-to-end — from figuring out the problem with the client and shaping the AI solution to building and getting it into production.
Hiring: Forward Deployed Engineer. Must-have experience:
- pre-sale/discovery experience — you personally ran early client conversations before any scope/contract existed, without a PM/PO/BA layer;
- direct hot-lead communication;
- solo consultant role (not pure engineer);
- English C1-C2;
- 5+ years of production full-stack expertise (commerce) with at least one of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, or data;
- shipped AI-powered features to production used by real external end users (not model training/fine-tuning, not courses, not side projects with no end users).
