You will participate in a Write-like-Human Eval, where you compare model-generated responses to writing prompts, offering analytical quality scores and detailed rationales via the Feather platform.

Scope of Work

• Evaluate and compare multiple AI-generated responses to specific writing prompts, focusing on clarity, tone, helpfulness, and adherence to instructions.

• Provide comprehensive rationales and scoring using the Feather platform, justifying assessments with clear, concise feedback.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the overall quality and instructional value of language model outputs.

• Apply expert judgment to assess subtle differences in writing quality and effectiveness.

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail when reviewing content and documenting findings.

• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and reviewers to ensure consistency and completeness of deliverables.

• Contribute to the project by leveraging your advanced command of written English and critical analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Native-level English fluency and exceptional written communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience in technical writing, editing, or content evaluation.

• Strong ability to judge clarity, tone, coherence, and usefulness in technical and instructional content.

• Familiarity with digital platforms for content review, annotation, or evaluation.

• Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in analysis and documentation.

• Proven capacity to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively in virtual settings.

• Experience with AI systems or model evaluation practices considered a plus, but not required.

How this was produced

Highlights are found by rule, not by a model: each one is a phrase matched at a known position, and every note is a template we wrote. The two scores come from a typed-decision model (Jev) that reads the listing against the official role definition and real listings for the same role, and returns probabilities rather than prose — it never writes any of the words on this page, and never chooses what to highlight.

Deterministic penalty applied to the HR score: 8 points (from 67 before penalties). Reviewed 21 Sep 2026.
