We are looking for aStrategic Account Directorto take ownership of our most important enterprise customer relationships and help drive the next stage of commercial growth.

This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who understands how complex enterprise organizations buy, how executive relationships are built, and how strategic accounts are expanded over time.

The role will initially have astrong focus on Microsoft, with the opportunity to expand across additional strategic enterprise accounts as Echez grows.

The Opportunity

As Strategic Account Director, you will own thestrategic and commercial relationshipwith key enterprise customers.

You will be responsible for protecting existing revenue while identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities across business units, geographies, and Echez's technology-enabled service offerings.

This is not a day-to-day account coordination role. We are looking for someone who can operate at the executive level, build trusted relationships, identify whitespace opportunities, navigate complex organizations, and turn strategic relationships into measurable revenue growth.

Requirements

What We're Looking For


10– 15+ years1 of experiencein enterprise technology, consulting, professional services, managed services, BPO/KPO, or related environments.

• Proven success managing and growingmultimillion-dollar enterprise accounts.

• A demonstrated track record of generating expansion revenue through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and strategic account development.

• Strong experience navigating complex enterprise organizations and engaging senior business and procurement stakeholders.

• Experience with complex contracting, renewals, SOWs, and multi-year commercial negotiations.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen across pricing, margins, forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning.

• Microsoft ecosystem experience and an established Microsoft network are strongly preferred.

• Executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.

• Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset, with the ability to operate independently in a lean, growing organization.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on revenue growth, profitability, retention, and expansion.

• Build relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, procurement stakeholders, influencers, and business-unit leaders.

• Map complex customer organizations and identify decision-making structures, budget cycles, strategic priorities, and growth opportunities.

• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities acrossBrand Protection, Partner Management, Demand Generation, AI-enabled services, and other relevant capabilities.

• Lead renewals, expansions, change orders, and new SOW opportunities in partnership with Solutions, Finance, Technology, and Operations.

• Own commercial strategy, pricing, and negotiations while protecting agreed gross-margin objectives.

• Maintain strong account intelligence around organizational changes, competitive activity, procurement initiatives, RFPs, and emerging technology priorities.

• Build and maintain a strong expansion pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and opportunity plans.

• Partner directly with Echez leadership on executive-to-executive engagement and strategic customer development.
