• Checking localization packages for correct region-based display.

• Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using standard QA workflows.

• Conducting regression tests after updates or hotfixes.

• Preparing QA reports and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

Tools & Tech Commonly in Use

✅ 1+ years of manual testing experience in web and/or mobile games (casual or slots)
✅ Proven experience with released slot or mobile casual projects
✅ Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and approaches (exploratory, regression, performance, smoke)
✅ Hands-on experience creating and executing test cases and checklists
✅ Practical skills testing on iOS and Android, including logs, crash dumps, and screenshots
✅ Confidence using Chrome Development Console and connecting mobile devices to Chrome
✅ Good written and spoken English (Intermediate+) for daily team communication

Nice to Have

• API testing experience using Postman

• Cloud testing systems experience (e.g., BrowserStack)

• Understanding of analytics and crash-reporting tools (e.g., Embrace, Sentry, Firebase)

• Experience with automation basics or scripting for test optimization

Soft Skills That Stand Out

• Full involvement in the project and “get things done” attitude

• Respectful communication — no toxicity or ego conflicts

• Pro-Ukrainian position and collaborative mindset

• Support for volunteering and meaningful work beyond profit

• Passion for games and technology

Typical Work Conditions

• Fully remote format, with flexible 8-hour workdays (approx. 10 AM – 7 PM)

• Optional team meetups in co-working spaces when needed

• Testing devices provided for full-time roles

• Probation period: around 3 months

• Standard benefits may include: 20 paid vacation days, paid sick leave, knowledge sharing, and skill development within teams

Typical Hiring Process

• Introductory call with RecruitPro or the client’s team (~30–45 minutes)

• Practical test task – creating a QA document for a build containing bugs

• Technical interview with the development or QA lead

• Decision typically within 1 business day after the final interview

How this was produced

Highlights are found by rule, not by a model: each one is a phrase matched at a known position, and every note is a template we wrote. The two scores come from a typed-decision model (Jev) that reads the listing against the official role definition and real listings for the same role, and returns probabilities rather than prose — it never writes any of the words on this page, and never chooses what to highlight.

Deterministic penalty applied to the HR score: 8 points (from 76 before penalties). Reviewed 21 Sep 2026.
