Social Media Content Creator

Digisperts Technology Company Limited is seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and execute engaging social media strategies that strengthen the company's online presence, build brand awareness, engage its target audience, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with Digisperts' business and marketing objectives.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
• Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
• Create compelling content that communicates Digisperts' expertise in software development, business automation, digital marketing, and emerging technologies.
• Translate complex technology concepts into simple, engaging, and audience-friendly content.
• Create, edit, and coordinate graphics, videos, reels, carousels, and other visual content.
• Write compelling captions and social media copy.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and other audience interactions and respond appropriately.
• Build and maintain an engaged online community around the Digisperts brand.
• Research industry trends, competitors, relevant technologies, and trending topics to identify content opportunities.
• Collaborate with the technical, creative, sales, and marketing teams to develop relevant content.
• Track social media performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be based in Lagos
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to simplify technical or business concepts into engaging content.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Experience with Canva or other design tools.
• Basic video editing skills are an advantage.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to identify content opportunities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and brand positioning.
