Role Summary
We are hiring a Remote Project Manager to oversee day-to-day project execution, manage internal workflows, coordinate team members across departments, and maintain clear communication with clients. This role is essential in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the high standards Remotual is known for. The Project Manager will also help streamline operations and implement systems to support future growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, team capacity, and task prioritization
• Act as a central point of contact between internal teams and clients
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts, ensuring alignment and timely execution
• Track progress through project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
• Identify risks or bottlenecks early and implement mitigation plans
• Prepare status reports and lead project-related meetings
• Improve and document internal processes for repeatable workflows
• Assist with onboarding new team members and standardizing team operations
Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project or operations management
• Prior experience in a remote working environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides, Drive)
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with CRMs and client reporting tools
• Experience in professional services, staffing, or agency environments
• Background in operations, administrative support, or client success
