Startup Careers Coach

We're seeking an experienced startup careers coach to work with students and professionals pursuing careers at startups. This role includes helping candidates apply AI fundamentals and AI automation to their work, as well as conducting competitive analysis to evaluate potential companies and opportunities. Coaches also support the full career journey, including resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, and networking strategy to help candidates land the right role at a startup. Ideal candidates have professional experience working at or advising startups, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping candidates navigate the fast-paced startup hiring landscape. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
