Aufgaben
- Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-nahen Transformationsprojekten (z. B. KI Strategie inkl. Governance & Compliance, Tool-/Prozessharmonisierung, Change-Begleitung)
- Analyse von Prozessen, Projektlandschaften, Organisationsstrukturen und Toolsetups – mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Wirkung und Akzeptanz
- Entwicklung von Transformationsstrategien, Handlungsfeldern und Projektportfolios gemeinsam mit Kunden
- Begleitung und Gestaltung organisatorischer Veränderungen inkl. Kommunikationskonzepte und Change-Maßnahmen
- Durchführung von Workshops, Assessments und Entscheidungspräsentationen auf Management-Ebene
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden-Teams sowie Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung von Junior Consultants
- Kontinuierlicher Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen auf Augenhöhe
- Ausarbeitung von Konzepten und Mitwirkung bei Pre-Sales Terminen
Qualifikation
- Mind. 4–5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Beratung oder operativen Steuerung von Transformationsprojekten mit IT-Bezug
- Praktische Erfahrung in mindestens einem dieser Felder:
- IT-Projektmanagement (klassisch oder hybrid)
- KI Einführung und Beratung (Funktional oder bzgl. Governance, Strategie, Vorgehensmodellen)
- Change Management / agile Transformation
- Prozessanalyse / Toolbewertung / Portfolio-Review
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem Projektvorgehensmodell (PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum, SAFe etc.)
- Du bist methodensicher, aber kein Dogmatiker – du denkst in Wirkung, nicht in Buzzwords
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denken und Empathie im Umgang mit Stakeholdern
- Eigenverantwortung, Reisebereitschaft (DACH) und sehr gute Deutsch- sowie solide Englischkenntnisse
