Superside is looking for a talented Conceptual Art Director with a passion for Generative AI to create bold, high-performing digital campaigns for top global brands. In this role, you’ll partner with copywriters, strategists and creatives to deliver concept-driven ideas across social media, web, video, and more—bringing big ideas to life with strong art direction and design execution.

You’ll thrive in a collaborative, globally distributed team and contribute to work that’s not only creatively exciting but also strategically sharp. This is a role for someone who can think big, execute beautifully, and bring a deep understanding of design to everything they do.

What You'll Do

• Partner with copywriters and strategists to develop compelling creative campaigns across digital-first channels (social, web, video) with the ability to stretch into ATL (TV, print, OOH).

• Lead art direction for creative campaigns and video concepts, providing visual direction from ideation through final execution.

• Design or direct the creation of digital assets, mood boards, layouts, and visual frameworks that bring brand narratives to life.

• Integrate AI-assisted assets into workflows while maintaining brand integrity and emotional impact.

• Contribute to brand storytelling by developing concept-led brand systems and integrated creative ideas.

• Build and present creative decks that clearly communicate concepts and strategy to customers.

• Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Project Managers, and other creatives across time zones.

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, consistently delivering on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

• Help push creative boundaries, championing fresh ideas and evolving Superside’s conceptual capabilities.

• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to understand goals and deliver work that drives results.

• Contribute to a culture of excellence, experimentation, and continuous creative growth.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of experience in concept-driven roles within creative agencies or fast-paced in-house teams.

• A strong portfolio showcasing concept-first thinking and excellent art direction across digital platforms.

• Proficient in using AI tools as part of a thoughtful and intentional creative workflow.

• Passion for creativity and a strong eye for design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence presenting ideas to customers and internal teams.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Growth mindset and curiosity, always seeking new tools, trends, and ways to improve your craft.

• Familiarity with digital marketing and performance creative principles.

• A collaborative and inclusive approach to working with diverse teams and perspectives.

How this was produced

Highlights are found by rule, not by a model: each one is a phrase matched at a known position, and every note is a template we wrote. The two scores come from a typed-decision model (Jev) that reads the listing against the official role definition and real listings for the same role, and returns probabilities rather than prose — it never writes any of the words on this page, and never chooses what to highlight.

Deterministic penalty applied to the HR score: 8 points (from 68 before penalties). Reviewed 21 Sep 2026.
