Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter, maintain, and organize company information and records remotely.

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain company data, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Review information for accuracy, completeness, and correct errors or discrepancies.
• Process and organize production, inventory, purchasing, shipping, and administrative documents.
• Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets and retrieve information as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and organized records while following company procedures.
• Work with other departments to support daily administrative and data-management needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good typing and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
• Willingness to learn company systems and procedures.
