Nothing in the wording of this listing tripped a check. The scores above still judge how complete and coherent it is.
Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better.
We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 5000 software sellers in 245 territories globally.
The Role:
We are looking for a resourceful, ambitious, and autonomous sales specialist, preferably with a strong understanding of SaaS or Payments, eager to contribute to ambitious growth plans. This is an exciting time for you to join: based on the size and breadth of our customers, we are growing like never before!
As a key member of our Sales team, your primary focus will be to convert qualified leads into delighted Paddle customers. What you'll do:

•
Drive new business by prioritizing target accounts, leveraging Business Development Representative support, Marketing resources and self led prospecting to execute on account plans and build a robust pipeline.
•
Own the full sales cycle, expertly managing all stages including discovery, value positioning, objection handling, and champion building, while effectively influencing stakeholders to progress deal cycles.
•
Employ a consultative sales approach, clearly demonstrating Paddle’s immediate impact and aligning our solutions with customers’ long-term company goals.
•
Master Paddle’s product and possess an in-depth understanding of its features, the broader industry, and the ability to articulate Paddle’s value proposition effectively to CTOs, Heads of Product, and CEOs.
•
Lead discovery efforts to understand each client’s unique needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective and tailored sales strategies.
•
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to align on client needs and develop effective, integrated sales strategies that ensure long-term success.
We'd love to hear from you:
•
Have extensive closing experience in a software or SaaS business, managing multi-threaded sales processes and enterprise deals
•
Have deep experience in team-selling and quarterbacking complex sales processes with high-level stakeholders
•
Have experience with consultative, value-based selling and a proven track record of exceeding your quota
•
Have experience selling highly technical products/services
•
Are an expert communicator, adept at framing and influencing at multiple levels within prospect businesses, from operator to Exec level.
•
Have an entrepreneurial attitude which thrives when solving complex challenges and you want to be part of an exceptionally fast-growing company
It'd be great if…
