We believe AI is a great tool for interview preparation. Feel free to use it to research our company, practice questions, organize your thoughts, or polish your resume. When it’s time for the interview, though, we’d like to hear from you. We ask that you answer questions without real-time assistance from AI or other tools. We’re not searching for flawless answers—we’re looking for authenticity. Your experiences, problem-solving approach, communication style, and unique perspective are what matter most to us. Those are the qualities that help us determine whether we’re a great match for each other.

Research shows that women and ethnic minorities are less likely to apply if they don’t meet every qualification. How this was produced

Highlights are found by rule, not by a model: each one is a phrase matched at a known position, and every note is a template we wrote. The two scores come from a typed-decision model (Jev) that reads the listing against the official role definition and real listings for the same role, and returns probabilities rather than prose — it never writes any of the words on this page, and never chooses what to highlight.

Deterministic penalty applied to the HR score: 4 points (from 76 before penalties). Reviewed 21 Sep 2026.
