- Capacidade analítica e resolução de problemas complexos;
- Conhecimento em governança técnica e definição de padrões;
- Vivência com metodologias ágeis e gestão de backlog;
- Habilidade de comunicação com áreas técnicas e de negócio;
- Experiência em liderança técnica e acompanhamento de grandes projetos;
