About the Team
Our Public Sector & Nonprofit UKI team helps charities, NGOs, and mission-driven organisations use technology to amplify their impact — from fundraising and donor engagement to programme delivery.
Role Overview
Own a named list of strategic nonprofit/NGO accounts, driving new and expansion revenue across the Salesforce platform through executive relationships and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow a named book of NGO/nonprofit accounts, building account plans aligned to each organisation's mission.
Build and forecast a healthy pipeline to consistently meet/exceed quota.
Develop C-suite relationships (CEO, COO, Director of Fundraising/Programmes) to position Salesforce solutions.
Lead full sales cycles — prospecting through close — with Solution Engineers, Success Managers, and Partners.
Build value-based business cases tied to nonprofit outcomes (impact, donor retention, efficiency).
Maintain accurate pipeline/forecast hygiene in Salesforce.
Requirements
Proven quota over-achievement in enterprise SaaS/cloud sales.
Experience selling to nonprofit, charity, or public sector organisations preferred.
Strong consultative selling and C-level engagement skills.
Comfort with complex, multi-stakeholder, long sales cycles.
Passion for the nonprofit/social impact sector.
