Nothing in the wording of this listing tripped a check. The scores above still judge how complete and coherent it is.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing Customer Experience team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients; answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves people feeling supported and heard. • Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate to technical teams where necessary

• Guide new users through the Bryq platform and help them get set up

• Log and track client interactions accurately in the CRM system

• Identify common issues and share feedback with the product team to improve the client experience

• Meet individual and team service level targets for response time and resolution quality

• Support onboarding of new client accounts alongside the Customer Success team

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, support, or client-facing role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously without losing attention to detail

• Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new software quickly

• Secondary education or above

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience in a SaaS, HR technology, or recruitment environment

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk)

• A second European language

• Experience working in retail, hospitality, or call centre environments — your frontline service skills translate directly

Benefits

• Competitive salary with performance-based bonus

• Fully remote or hybrid working options

• 25 days annual leave plus public holidays

• Access to professional development budget

• Health and wellness allowance

• A team that values your input and gives you room to grow

How this was produced

Highlights are found by rule, not by a model: each one is a phrase matched at a known position, and every note is a template we wrote. The two scores come from a typed-decision model (Jev) that reads the listing against the official role definition and real listings for the same role, and returns probabilities rather than prose — it never writes any of the words on this page, and never chooses what to highlight.

Deterministic penalty applied to the HR score: 8 points (from 73 before penalties). Reviewed 21 Sep 2026.
