• Sehr gutes Deutsch (C1)
• EU-Staatsangehörigkeit bzw. gültige Arbeitserlaubnis in der EU
• Wohnsitz in Deutschland oder Polen
• Idealerweise: Beratungserfahrung und/oder Branchenhintergrund in der produzierenden Industrie
