your profile

▪ Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Marketing mit klarem Schwerpunkt auf Meta Ads; fundierte Google-Ads-Kenntnisse (TikTok Ads von Vorteil) ▪ Nachweisliche Verantwortung für Budget-, Skalierungs- und ROI-Optimierung von E-Commerce-/D2C-Kampagnen – bevorzugt im DACH-Markt
▪ Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentations­stärke; souveränes Auftreten in wöchentlichen Kunden-Calls (Deutsch & Englisch)
▪ Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Verantwortungs­bereitschaft und schnelle Reaktions­fähigkeit auf Performance-Änderungen
▪ Energisches, positives Mindset sowie Begeisterung für Wachstum in einem dynamischen Start-up-Umfeld
▪ Erfahrung im Briefen, Koordinieren und Qualitäts-Check von Ad-Creatives in Zusammenarbeit mit In-house-Designteams
▪ Sicherer Umgang mit Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics sowie Kollaborations-Tools wie Slack, Notion und Google Workspace
▪ Fließendes Deutsch (mind. C1) und sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
▪ Bereitschaft zu Remote-Arbeit; optionale hybride Zusammenarbeit mit dem Office in Lissabon (Portugal)
▪ Studienabschluss nicht zwingend erforderlich – entscheidend sind Skills, Motivation und Cultural Fit
