What this Journey Looks Like
At Pearster, we’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Architect / Pre-Sales Architect based in LATAM to support a strategic project for a leading healthcare organization in Chile.

This is an initial 2-month, 100% remote engagement, working during Chile business hours.

The project will focus on the assessment and pre-sales phase of a major Salesforce transformation initiative. You will work closely with the client to assess their current systems, data landscape, integrations, and architecture, identifying what can — and cannot — be effectively migrated or managed within Salesforce.

Your findings will be a key input for the development of an RFP (Request for Proposal) that the client will later use to select a Salesforce implementation partner and move forward with the implementation of Salesforce solutions.

We are looking for a very senior, consultative professional who combines strong Salesforce architecture expertise with the ability to lead discovery sessions, challenge assumptions, identify architectural constraints, and translate complex business and technical requirements into clear recommendations.

What You'll Lead and Build

• Lead the technical and architectural assessment of the client's current ecosystem, including systems, applications, integrations, data sources, and data architecture.

• Conduct discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.

• Assess the client's data landscape and determine which information and processes are suitable for Salesforce and which should remain outside the platform.

• Identify technical constraints, dependencies, integration requirements, risks, and architectural gaps.

• Evaluate the future use of Salesforce Data Cloud, with particular emphasis on data architecture, ingestion, harmonization, identity, and integration considerations.

• Assess potential solutions involving Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud within the future Salesforce ecosystem.

• Define high-level Salesforce solution and data architecture recommendations based on the client's current environment and future needs.

• Translate assessment findings into clear technical requirements and recommendations.

• Contribute to the preparation and construction of the RFP that will be used to evaluate and select a Salesforce implementation partner.

• Work as a trusted technical advisor, helping the client understand Salesforce capabilities, limitations, trade-offs, and architectural decisions.

• Collaborate closely with business, technology, data, and leadership stakeholders throughout the assessment.

What You Bring to the Table

• Latam Resident - Fluent Spanish is required, as client interactions, discovery sessions, and stakeholder communications will be conducted in Spanish.

• English is not required for this position.

• Extensive senior-level experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Pre-Sales Architect, or similar role.

• Strong experience leading technical assessments, discovery phases, solution architecture, and/or Salesforce pre-sales engagements.

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud is a top priority, including its architecture, data model, integrations, and role within broader enterprise data ecosystems.

• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, data flows, integrations, and system landscapes.

• Ability to assess complex environments and determine what data and processes should or should not be handled within Salesforce.

• Experience defining high-level Salesforce architectures and transformation roadmaps.

• Experience contributing to or leading RFP/RFI processes, technical proposals, solution assessments, or vendor-selection initiatives.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, particularly from an architectural perspective, is highly desirable.

• Strong stakeholder-facing and consultative skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.

• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of a short, high-impact assessment engagement.

• Availability to work remotely from LATAM during Chile business hours.

Benefits that Move you Forward.

We’re here to amplify your brilliance, not contain it.

How this was produced

Highlights are found by rule, not by a model: each one is a phrase matched at a known position, and every note is a template we wrote. The two scores come from a typed-decision model (Jev) that reads the listing against the official role definition and real listings for the same role, and returns probabilities rather than prose — it never writes any of the words on this page, and never chooses what to highlight.

Deterministic penalty applied to the HR score: 16 points (from 63 before penalties). Reviewed 21 Sep 2026.
