Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) | AI Product Company

Our client is a high-growth AI Product company building category-defining AI products for global markets. With strong product-market fit, institutional backing, and a world-class product & tech team, they are now entering their next phase of commercial scale-up.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for turning product innovation into commercial success. You will own the full commercial charter - Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Revenue Operations and Customer Growth.

This is not just a sales leadership role - we are looking for a strategic commercial leader who can build a scalable, predictable revenue engine for an AI-first product in global markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial Strategy & GTM

• Define and own the overall commercial strategy, GTM plan, and revenue roadmap for the AI product portfolio
• Own pricing, packaging, and commercial models for different markets and segments
• Identify and prioritize new markets, verticals, and customer segments for expansion

2. Sales & Revenue Leadership

• Build and scale the enterprise and mid-market sales organization from 0-to-1 and 1-to-100
• Own all revenue targets - ARR, new logos, expansion, retention and profitability
• Establish sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management and RevOps discipline

3. Partnerships & Business Development

• Build strategic partnerships - technology partners, channel partners, GSIs, and ecosystem alliances to accelerate distribution
• Drive strategic deals and enterprise partnerships that open up new markets

4. Customer & Market Leadership

• Partner closely with Product & Marketing to translate customer insights into product and positioning
• Act as the voice of the customer internally and the face of the company externally for commercial discussions
• Lead customer success and expansion charter in partnership with CS team

Who We Are Looking For

• 12+ years of commercial experience with at least 5+ years leading Sales / Business Development / Commercial functions in a B2B SaaS / AI / Enterprise Tech Product company
• Proven track record of scaling revenue from early stage to $10M+ / $50M+ ARR
• Deep experience in selling AI / SaaS / Cloud / DeepTech products to enterprise customers globally
• Strong experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams, partnerships and RevOps
• Strategic + Hands-on - you can build strategy with the CEO and also close enterprise deals yourself
• Excellent understanding of enterprise sales cycles, consultative selling, and AI product commercialization
• Global mindset - experience in scaling across US, APAC, EMEA markets is a strong plus
• MBA / Engineering background preferred but not mandatory. What matters is commercial achievement.
