Every day, American homeowners raise their hand for a new roof, a new heating and cooling system, new windows, or solar. Your job is to be the first person who calls them back, earn their trust in under five minutes, and book them into an in-home appointment with a closer who wins the job.

RevStone is a sales agency that places top appointment setters with fast-growing home-improvement companies across the United States. We provide the leads, the training, and the systems. You provide the voice, the energy, and the follow-through.

This is a full-time, fully remote contractor role paid in USD, with a fixed monthly base, a performance bonus on top, and a health and wellness stipend once you're through your first 90 days.

What You'll Do

• Call warm, high-intent leads generated by our clients' marketing (no cold lists)

• Qualify homeowners, handle objections, and book confirmed in-home appointments

• Run confirmation and reschedule follow-ups to keep show rates high

• Keep clean, accurate call notes and appointment records

• Hit daily activity and appointment targets, and review your numbers weekly with a sales coach

• Represent one or more client companies depending on volume and fit

What You'll Earn

• Base: $1,000 – $1,400 USD per month, set by experience and paid in USD so exchange-rate swings never touch your pay

• Monthly performance bonus, earned on next day appointments

• Health and wellness stipend after your first 90 days

• Reliable payment on a fixed weekly schedule

A setter hitting target takes home $1,500 – $1,900 USD/month all in, with a clear path to more through a Team Lead role.

Training and Support

You don't need home-improvement experience. You need a great phone presence and the willingness to be coached. We provide:

• Structured onboarding covering scripts, objection handling, and the products you'll be booking for

• Live call coaching and recorded call reviews throughout your first month

• A dedicated sales coach and an active team channel for support during your shift

• All calling, calendar, and lead-management systems, fully set up before your first call

What We're Looking For

• Based in South Africa and eligible to work as an independent contractor

• 1+ years in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or a high-volume phone role; US, UK, or Australian client experience is a strong plus

• Clear, confident, neutral English with a natural conversational style

• Comfortable making 150+ dials a day and staying sharp on the last one

• Coachable: you take feedback and apply it the same afternoon

• Available to work US business hours (evening and night shifts in SAST), with occasional US Saturday coverage

• A quiet, dedicated home workspace with a noise-cancelling headset

• Uncapped fibre or LTE with a backup connection

• Backup power (UPS or inverter) capable of running your setup through a full load-shedding stage — this is non-negotiable

Room to Grow

Setters who consistently hit targets are first in line for Team Lead, managing a pod of setters, and helping shape how we train the next intake.

• Compensation: $1,000 – $1,400 USD/month base + up to $500/month bonus + wellness stipend after 90 days
