The listing, marked up

Nothing in the wording of this listing tripped a check. The scores above still judge how complete and coherent it is.

What we're doing at Uscreen

Uscreen is the video monetization platform for businesses building recurring revenue from video content. Our customers replace a patchwork stack of separate hosting, community, courses, email, and app vendors with one branded experience across web, mobile, and TV.

The platform is only half of it. We believe growth requires behavior, not just software. Customers don't stall because a feature is missing. They stall because they priced wrong, never built an email list, or launched an offer nobody wanted. Coaching is how we fix that, and it's part of the product rather than an add-on.

The job

You own a segment.

We have a cohort of smaller video businesses where retention is not where it should be. Nobody owns it today. You will. That means the revenue that stays in that segment, and the revenue that grows inside it, is yours. Your lemonade stand, your numbers, your call on how to run it.

This is a coaching role measured in dollars. You'll be accountable for gross revenue retention in your cohort first, and expansion second. Not tickets closed, not calls booked.

It's also a one-to-many job. Your cohort is larger than a 1:1 book, so the work is designing coaching that scales: cohort programs, group sessions, office hours, triggered outreach when the data says a business is drifting. You'll build that motion rather than inherit it.

What you'll do

• Own gross revenue retention and expansion for an assigned segment of customers
• Find the pattern in why businesses in your cohort stall, and build coaching that addresses it at scale rather than one conversation at a time
• Run group coaching sessions, cohort programs, and asynchronous coaching inside Membership+
• Coach customers through the decisions that move revenue: pricing, packaging, positioning, offer design, email and funnel strategy, retention mechanics
• Read your own data. Spot the accounts drifting before they churn, and know which interventions actually worked
• Build the playbooks and session formats that make this repeatable. You're the first person in this seat, and what you build becomes how we scale it
• Bring what you learn back to Product and Success. You'll be closer to this segment than anyone at the company.

Who we're looking for

Someone who has grown something online and can explain how. Maybe you ran marketing for a small business, coached founders, built your own audience, or worked inside a membership or subscription business. What matters is that you can sit with an operator, see the real constraint, and say the honest thing.

• 3 to 5 years in coaching, consulting, customer success, or digital marketing, with real ownership of an outcome
• Comfortable advising solo operators and small teams on how to grow
• Strong live facilitation: group sessions, workshops, webinars, 1:1 calls
• Can read a dashboard and form a point of view on retention curves, cohort behavior, and funnel conversion
• Working fluency with AI tools for research, prep, and synthesis. Our team uses Claude daily to prep sessions, analyze customer data, and build coaching assets. You don't need to be technical, but you should reach for these tools rather than around them.
• Motivated by being paid on results. A third of this package is variable and there's no ceiling on it.
• Clear, simple communication. Complex idea in, plain sentence out.

Bonus points if you:

• Have been a creator, coach, or small business owner yourself
• Have worked with video businesses, online educators, or subscription and membership businesses
• Know the surrounding stack: Kit/ConvertKit, YouTube, Kajabi, Circle, Squarespace, Meta and IG
• Have built a scaled or one-to-many customer program before

What's hard about this job

We'd rather you know now.

• You'll own a number you can't fully control. Some customers won't take the advice and will churn anyway. You have to be able to own influence over an outcome rather than the outcome itself.
• It's a lagging metric. Retention moves slowly. Your first two quarters are guaranteed at target because of this, but you'll be doing the work for months before the number reflects it.
• The motion doesn't exist yet. Playbooks exist for our 1:1 coaching. The scaled version for this segment is an open question you'll help answer. If you need a finished playbook on day one, this will frustrate you.
• You'll deliver honest assessments to people emotionally invested in what they've built. That takes a specific kind of nerve.

What we offer

• Flexible PTO + 8 company holidays
• Remote, global team
• Paid parental leave
• Medical, dental, and vision (US Based)
• Technology and home office stipend
• Coworking space stipend
• Annual learning stipend

Note: Benefits may vary depending on location and local regulations. Final eligibility and coverage details will be shared during the hiring process.

How this was produced

Highlights are found by rule, not by a model: each one is a phrase matched at a known position, and every note is a template we wrote. The two scores come from a typed-decision model (Jev) that reads the listing against the official role definition and real listings for the same role, and returns probabilities rather than prose — it never writes any of the words on this page, and never chooses what to highlight.

Deterministic penalty applied to the HR score: 8 points (from 65 before penalties). Reviewed 23 Sep 2026.
