The listing, marked up

Nothing in the wording of this listing tripped a check. The scores above still judge how complete and coherent it is.

Don’t see an open position that matches your experience? Tell us about your unique skillset.

Please take some time to look at our website, www.ise.io, and provide your resume and a summary of your ideal position within our organization.

We are a cybersecurity consulting and software firm and our mission statement is to create a community that rejects conventional thinking in order to make better, more secure technology.

ISE consists of 4 teams:

• Service Delivery - a team of hackers who provide cybersecurity service to our clients
• Software Development - a team of software engineers and product designers who develop a third party vendor risk software product
• Business Development - a team sales and marketing professionals who organize marketing efforts and events with the goal of increasing sales for our services and product
• "The Lone Wolves" - a team of administrative "departments of one," such as finance, talent acquisition and retention, and facilities management

We are continuously evolving, open to change, and always looking for new ways that we can provide beneficial services for our clients. We would not want to miss the chance to connect with you!

Building a Better Community

We value different viewpoints and fresh perspectives. We embrace people who challenge our thinking and question the status quo. We are opposed to narrow minded, exclusionary, and discriminatory viewpoints or practices that inherently undermine our creative process, hinder growth, and impede innovation.

How this was produced

Highlights are found by rule, not by a model: each one is a phrase matched at a known position, and every note is a template we wrote. The two scores come from a typed-decision model (Jev) that reads the listing against the official role definition and real listings for the same role, and returns probabilities rather than prose — it never writes any of the words on this page, and never chooses what to highlight.

Deterministic penalty applied to the HR score: 16 points (from 41 before penalties). Reviewed 23 Sep 2026.
