The listing, marked up

Nothing in the wording of this listing tripped a check. The scores above still judge how complete and coherent it is.

At Grubtech, we're building the operating system that powers the future of restaurants and quick commerce. From online orders and POS integrations to kitchen operations, deliveries, and analytics, our platform brings everything together—so businesses can focus on what they do best.

Founded in 2019, we've grown from a bold idea into a global SaaS company powering 14,000+ active locations across 28 markets, with 1 billion+ online orders processed, a 99.95% order injection rate, and 60% year-over-year growth. Backed by world-class investors and trusted by leading restaurant brands, we're on a mission to simplify operations through technology that scales with our customers.

If you're excited by innovation, ownership, and solving real-world challenges at global scale, we'd love to build the future with you.

Role Overview:

The Partnership Executive will be responsible for establishing and growing Grubtech's partner ecosystem in the UK. As one of the first commercial hires in the region, the individual will play a key role in driving market entry through strategic partnerships, referrals, and channel relationships within the F&B technology ecosystem.

This role is based in the UK, with the flexibility to work hybrid. You'll be part of a fast-growing team and play a key part in expanding our footprint across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and onboard strategic partners across the UK hospitality and restaurant technology ecosystem.

• Build relationships with POS vendors, payment providers, delivery platforms, technology consultants, hospitality associations, and other complementary solution providers.

• Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners to generate qualified business opportunities.

• Create and manage a healthy pipeline of partnership opportunities from initial outreach through execution.

• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful partner enablement and execution.

• Represent Grubtech at industry events, networking functions, exhibitions, and partner meetings.

• Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to help shape Grubtech's UK growth strategy.

What Weʼre Looking For:

• 3-6 years of experience in Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Strategic Alliances.

• Prior experience within the restaurant technology, hospitality technology, SaaS, POS, online ordering, payments, or food delivery ecosystem is essential.

• Strong understanding of the UK restaurant and hospitality market.

• Existing network within the F&B technology ecosystem is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to identify, negotiate, and grow strategic partnerships.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Commercially driven with strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

• Proven ability to thrive in a startup or high-growth environment.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of Grubtech's founding UK team and directly influence our success in one of our most strategic expansion markets.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Build a partner ecosystem from the ground up.

• Work alongside experienced global teams while enjoying the autonomy of a startup environment.

• Make a visible impact on business growth and market expansion.

• Collaborate with some of the leading brands in the hospitality and restaurant technology industry.

• Grow your career as Grubtech expands across the UK and Europe.

Work Model

We're building our presence in the UK! While we establish our UK entity, this role will start as fully remote. Once everything is in place, it will transition into a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of both remote and in-office collaboration.

How this was produced

Highlights are found by rule, not by a model: each one is a phrase matched at a known position, and every note is a template we wrote. The two scores come from a typed-decision model (Jev) that reads the listing against the official role definition and real listings for the same role, and returns probabilities rather than prose — it never writes any of the words on this page, and never chooses what to highlight.

Deterministic penalty applied to the HR score: 8 points (from 69 before penalties). Reviewed 24 Sep 2026.
