Our client operates an innovative digital platform connecting care seekers and local care agencies across the United Kingdom with qualified care professionals. To drive the next phase of rapid growth, we are seeking an energetic, target-driven B2B Telesales Representative based in South Africa to expand our care provider network. In this high-impact outbound role, you will directly influence company growth by pitching value-add staffing and client-generation solutions to UK-based care homes and agencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute High-Volume Prospecting: Conduct daily outbound cold and warm calls to care homes, agency managers, and UK-based care providers.
• Identify Decision-Makers: Locate and engage key personnel responsible for business development, marketing, and agency operations.
• Drive Full-Cycle Sales: Qualify prospects, identify specific staffing or client-acquisition needs, handle objections, and close sales over the phone.
• Deliver Value Propositions: Educate UK clients on platform services to seamlessly convert qualified prospects into active subscribers.
• Maintain Pipeline Discipline: Track all outreach, follow-ups, lead statuses, and conversion metrics accurately within the CRM.
• Achieve Core Metrics: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including outbound calls, decision-maker connections, conversions, and generated revenue.

Requirements

• B2B Sales Expertise: 2+ years of proven success in B2B telesales, outbound telemarketing, or business development.
• Demonstrated Closing Capability: Strong track record of overcoming objections, negotiating, and closing deals over the phone.
• Communication Mastery: Native-level spoken and written English with a professional tone capable of building instant rapport with UK business leaders.
• Work Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work full-time hours aligned with UK business hours from South Africa.
• Remote Tech Infrastructure:

• High-performance laptop/desktop capable of running multi-application VOIP software.
• Fiber internet connection with strong stability, low latency, and secondary power/data backup solutions.
• Dedicated, quiet home office setup paired with a noise-canceling headset.

DESIRED (NOT REQUIRED):

• Prior experience selling into the UK healthcare, social care, or recruitment sectors.
• Hands-on experience using modern VOIP platforms and sales CRMs.
• Familiarity with direct-response objection handling and consultative selling techniques.
