The Practice Architect – Capability Development plays a critical role in building a highly skilled, technically confident, and customer-focused delivery organization.


By developing consultant capabilities through coaching, mentoring, strategic field engagement, and scalable learning programs, this role accelerates organizational readiness, strengthens delivery execution, and enables the successful adoption of new technologies, AI capabilities, automation, and service innovations.


The result is a more capable workforce that consistently delivers exceptional customer outcomes while enabling the organization to scale expertise, improve delivery quality, and respond rapidly to the evolving needs of customers and the business.
