We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who gets curious when a profile is hard to find. Someone who enjoys digging into unfamiliar talent markets, figuring out where the right people are, and finding creative ways to reach them, whether that means a specialized industry expert or a SaaS hire.

You’re naturally curious, know how to turn an unfamiliar profile into a smart sourcing strategy, and take ownership of your pipeline from first search to signed offer. Most importantly, you want your work to have a real influence on who joins Azumuta and how we grow.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

• Own searches from the start. Get to the heart of each role, understand the recruitment priority, challenge assumptions where needed, and align with hiring managers on the candidate profile and sourcing strategy before starting your search.

• Run the full recruitment cycle. Take ownership of sourcing, screening, interviewing, case assignments, candidate follow up, and offer negotiations. Whether you’re hiring for a highly specialized profile or a more familiar SaaS role, you bring the same level of rigor and care.

• Create a candidate experience that feels like Azumuta. Make sure every candidate gets a transparent, engaging, and respectful experience, whether they ultimately join us or not.

• Become a trusted partner to hiring managers. Advise them on recruitment best practices, help sharpen candidate profiles, train them in competency based interviewing, and support them in making better hiring decisions.

• Get creative with sourcing. Use tools, networks, communities, partnerships, and your own curiosity to reach people who are not actively looking. Keep experimenting with new approaches and continuously improve how we find specialist and hard to reach talent.

• Know your talent markets. Build an understanding of where the best candidates are, what motivates them, and how the market is evolving. Turn that knowledge into better searches and smarter hiring decisions.

• Help build our employer brand. Contribute to national and international recruitment campaigns and initiatives that make the right people curious about Azumuta.

• Use data to get better. Track recruitment activity and pipeline performance, identify what is and isn’t working, and turn those insights into concrete improvements.

Requirements

🎯 You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have

• Around 3 years of recruitment experience, with strong hands on sourcing experience and a track record of looking beyond the obvious channels.

• Experience recruiting niche, specialist, or hard to find profiles, beyond standard SaaS or tech roles. When there’s no obvious talent pool, you know how to map the market and build a search strategy from scratch.

• A genuine hunter mindset. You enjoy research, outreach, experimentation, and the challenge of finding someone who isn’t sitting in every recruiter’s LinkedIn search.

• Strong judgment and curiosity. You ask the questions needed to really understand a role rather than simply working from a job description.

• A direct and transparent communication style. You give candidates and hiring managers the real picture, including when it isn’t necessarily what they want to hear.

• A strong sense of ownership. You manage your searches proactively, keep things moving, and don’t wait to be told what comes next.

• The ability to work autonomously and stay organized in a fast moving scale up environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
