About the Role

A great campaign page doesn't just tell a story. It turns a visitor into a donor.

Campaign Pages are where nonprofits launch campaigns, tell their stories and convert donors before checkout. They sit close to revenue, next to Checkout Modal and Elements in our Pre-Donation Experience. You will be the one person accountable for the Campaign Pages roadmap, quality and delivery. Your job is to make the product scalable, ready for enterprise customers and a clear driver of revenue, while traffic keeps growing and the product stays stable.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Campaign Pages strategy and a 6–12 month roadmap aligned with Product and Pre-Donation Experience priorities, and explain the reasoning behind decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
• Run continuous discovery using customer, GTM, Support, funnel and competitive signals. Separate one-off requests from systemic opportunities and validate problems before anything gets built.
• Drive delivery end to end with a dedicated Engineering Team Lead, Product Designer and Product Analyst: clear PRDs and edge cases, a backlog that is ready 2–3 sprints ahead, and launches with proper instrumentation.
• Own product health and enterprise readiness, covering conversion, page performance, reliability, publishing issues and support volume. Resolve deal-breakers and churn-risk requests within agreed SLAs.
• Partner with PM Growth on experiments, personalisation and ARPV initiatives. Prioritise incoming hypotheses against your own product data, and carry winning learnings across Checkout, Elements and Campaign Pages.
• Keep Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, Support and adjacent PMs aligned. Coordinate dependencies with Platform, Checkout, Gift Cart, Billing and Integrations when work touches shared systems.
• Make sure GTM, Support and CSMs know what is shipping, why it matters and how to explain it to customers.
• At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. In this role, that means using AI for research synthesis, spec drafting, analysis and communication, with your assumptions and sources made explicit.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management or Product Ownership, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS, fundraising, marketing technology, e-commerce or conversion-focused products.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of a product area: roadmap, discovery, execution, launch and measurement.
• Strong delivery discipline: you write clear specs, cover edge cases and keep Engineering unblocked.
• Analytical rigour: you use funnels, metrics, support signals and qualitative feedback to prioritise.
• Systems thinking: you can see how a surface connects to checkout, payments, analytics, integrations and GTM workflows.
• A working understanding of growth and experimentation: how hypotheses are generated, prioritised and measured.
• Strong UX sensibility and a good working partnership with Design.
• Hands-on, everyday AI use in product work.
• Strong written English and professional spoken English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with landing pages, campaign or website builders, CMS, donation or checkout flows.
• Hands-on experimentation, personalisation or conversion-optimisation work, including converting paid traffic after it reaches the landing page.
• Experience in nonprofit tech, fundraising, payments or marketing operations.
• Experience handling enterprise customer requests and GTM escalations.

Compensation

• The compensation range for this role is €5,600 - €6,100 gross per month.
• Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
