Job Summary
The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of core marketing plans to drive prospect engagement, support sales enablement, and strengthen brand presence. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Clinical Leaders, and Customer Experience, you will manage digital channels, facilitate webinars, coordinate conference logistics, and produce targeted content that resonates with prospective buyer personas to generate actionable leads for the sales team.

Job Duties
• Day-to-Day Execution: Execute daily marketing plans and multi-channel campaigns under the direction of the Director of Marketing.
• Social Media Management: Liaise with internal stakeholders, sales, and clinical leaders to create, schedule, and deliver engaging content across key social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Webinar Program Delivery: Participate on the webinar planning team to develop, facilitate, and deliver the end-to-end corporate webinar program.
• Sales Enablement & Conferences: Partner with the sales team to develop high-impact sales materials, presentation assets, and collateral for industry events. Ensure each sales conference is executed effectively, accurately, and professionally.
• Persona Development & Content Strategy: Learn and apply insights regarding buyer personas to develop compelling marketing copy, graphic assets, and campaign materials that drive prospects to take action and generate qualified sales leads.
• Email Marketing & CX Support: Collaborate with the Customer Experience (CX) team to support customer communications, including the creation and distribution of corporate newsletters and targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all marketing collateral, digital communications, and event assets consistently reflect Timeless Medical Systems' brand standards.
Job Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or brand management (Healthcare IT or SaaS industry preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in creating digital graphical assets and marketing copy.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
• Exceptional written and oral English communication skills.
• Strong graphic design capabilities for creating digital collateral, social graphics, and sales assets.
• Proven ability to learn customer personas and craft persuasive content that generates leads.
• Experience in email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and webinar hosting software.
• Strong organizational and timeline management skills with high attention to detail.
• High flexibility and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across clinical, sales, and customer experience teams.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva) and standard workplace productivity tools (MS Office, Google Suite).
Work Conditions
• Extended periods of sitting and desktop computer operation.
• Working in a remote environment with frequent cross-departmental interaction.
• Travel is required (5-10%) for sales conferences, event execution, and in-person planning meetings (Canada & USA).
