Role Overview Boxgreen is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our fast-growing smart-vending business. This role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of our vending network, covering machine deployment, system administration, billing, and inventory management. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and our EasyGo China team to keep all machines running efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Support machine deployment, including backend setup and system configuration Manage product listings and system administration on the EasyGo platform, ensuring timely and accurate updates Track inventory and asset movements (including freezer and chiller units) to maintain accurate records Monitor machine condition and coordinate restocking to ensure optimal performance and availability Prepare regular reports on operations, inventory, and machine/system performance Handle client billing for EasyGo, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance, and generate related reports Provide day-to-day backend operational support to maintain business continuity Execute operational requests promptly and in line with company policies Coordinate closely with Sales and Operations teams to support daily business needs Liaise with the EasyGo China team on product updates, system enhancements, and operational matters Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned Requirements 2-3 years of hands-on experience in B2B Sales Coordinator or Sales administrator Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines Proficient in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate with English and Chinese-speaking clients and associates Based near Kuala Lumpur or able to attend monthly onsite meetings in the KL area Benefits Chance to work with one of the fastest growing food startups based in Singapore Competitive salary and benefits Be part of something good, from our nonprofit work to sustainability initiatives Great working environment (Awarded 2022 Asia Best Workplaces Award) Work Details Location: Kuala Lumpur, Work From Home Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9:30 am to 6:30 pm) Additional Information For more details, please visit our career page: https://www.boxgreen.co/pages/careers
