Für den Ausbau verschiedener Business Units, suchen wir daher eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die Social Media Recruiting wirklich versteht – jemand, der weiß, wo die passenden Profile zu finden sind und wie man sie überzeugend anspricht.
Aufgaben
Identifikation und aktive Ansprache von Fach- und Führungskräften über LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook und Instagram
- Entwicklung passgenauer Suchstrategien (Boolesche Operatoren, Keyword-Kombinationen, Zielgruppen-Research)
- Vereinbarung von Terminen für unsere Berater
- Durchführung erster telefonischer Interviews
Qualifikation
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Social Media Recruiting, idealerweise im Umfeld Tax, Legal oder Finance
- Sicherer Umgang mit Plattform-Tools wie LinkedIn Recruiter oder Xing Talentmanager
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise im Homeoffice
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und Gespür für Menschen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
