About GoodsTag

GoodsTag is a European technology company helping manufacturers and brands digitize product information and comply with new EU product regulations.

A major focus is the Digital Product Passport (DPP): upcoming EU requirements that will require many products to carry digitally accessible information about their composition, origin, sustainability, compliance, repair or recycling — typically accessible through a QR code.

We work across industries including batteries, textiles, electronics, consumer goods and packaging.

These new regulations create a fast-growing market for solutions connecting product data, compliance and digital consumer information.

Tasks

You will manage and continuously improve our lead generation activities across several channels:

• LinkedIn: manage LinkedIn company and contact targeting, outreach automation and campaign optimization; handle first prospect exchanges and move qualified contacts toward meetings.

• Cold email: build and enrich prospect lists, create segmented campaigns, test messaging and develop multichannel LinkedIn + email sequences.

• Events: identify relevant companies and participants, run invitation campaigns, generate meetings before events and systematically manage post-event follow-up.

• Google Ads: manage and optimize search campaigns, keywords, landing pages and conversions.

• New channels: identify and test new acquisition methods such as AI-assisted outreach, ChatGPT advertising, webinars, partnerships, industry databases, intent-based prospecting and new automation tools.

You will continuously analyze:

Market → target companies → decision-makers → message → channel → conversation → meeting → sales opportunity

and use the results to improve our lead-generation engine.

Requirements

You have at least 2 years of practical experience in B2B lead generation, growth or outbound sales development. You can be an experienced student - what you have actually done matters more than your degree.

Experience with several of the following is expected:

• LinkedIn automation

• Cold-email tools

• Apollo or other prospecting/data tools

• HubSpot or similar CRM

• Google Ads (optional)

• AI-assisted prospecting and personalization

You should be comfortable communicating directly with B2B prospects, including senior decision-makers.

Excellent written English is essential. German, French, Italian or other European languages are an advantage.

Benefits

True Remote & Flexibility: Work 100% remotely from anywhere in Europe. We offer flexible arrangements (full-time or part-time) to suit your lifestyle, making it ideal even for experienced students.

High Autonomy & Impact: You will have significant freedom to experiment, test new approaches, and actively shape our scalable lead-generation engine.

Modern Tech Stack & AI: Work with cutting-edge tools and test new acquisition methods, including AI-assisted outreach, ChatGPT advertising, Apollo, and HubSpot.

Purpose & Growth: Join a European tech company in a rapidly growing market driven by new EU product regulations like the Digital Product Passport (DPP).

Result-Oriented Culture: We value real outcomes over vanity metrics—your success is measured by meaningful conversations and sales opportunities, not just email opens.

The profile we want

We are looking for someone hands-on, analytical, curious and commercially minded.

You should enjoy testing new approaches, measuring results and improving them. Success will not be measured by connections, impressions or email opens, but primarily by qualified conversations, meetings and ultimately sales opportunities generated.

You will have significant freedom to experiment and help us build a scalable lead-generation engine in a rapidly developing European market.

How this was produced

Highlights are found by rule, not by a model: each one is a phrase matched at a known position, and every note is a template we wrote. The two scores come from a typed-decision model (Jev) that reads the listing against the official role definition and real listings for the same role, and returns probabilities rather than prose — it never writes any of the words on this page, and never chooses what to highlight.

Deterministic penalty applied to the HR score: 12 points (from 66 before penalties). Reviewed 30 Sep 2026.
