Human Resources Senior Part Time
- Provide day-to-day operational support directly to the Operations Manager across a variety of ongoing firm projects • Help compile, organize, and standardize internal procedures and documentation, including building out the firm’s employee handbook • Coordinate the firm’s website relaunch by communicating approved website updates to the external web developer, CC’ing the Operations Manager, and tracking and following up on requested changes; no direct website or WordPress editing required • Create, maintain, and update spreadsheets and reports in Excel • Provide overflow support to attorneys when the paralegal is unavailable, such as preparing basic legal documents • Manage email correspondence and follow-ups related to assigned projects • Take on additional ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed
