milestone-based) + equity tied to ARR results → founding role| https://arrangr.com
Arrangr is a scheduling platform with tens of thousands of registered users and hundreds of thousands of people reached through scheduling invitations. Calendly is the incumbent, and it's good. Our thesis: booking links make it efficient to fill your calendar, not productive. Every open slot looks identical, so your best hours go to whoever clicks first. Arrangr schedules by importance.
The opportunity: we can see which companies already have several people using Arrangr individually. Each of those is an unmonetized team. You'd build the motion that converts them (in-product surface, sequences, landing page, pilot) and handle the replies it generates: seats, admin rights, security questions. Then reactivate a large dormant base and fix acquisition.
The engagement: five milestones over roughly three months, $12K paid on milestone completion, milestones 1 and 2 contracted first. "Done" means shipped, instrumented and measured against a baseline. Equity is a defined grant tied to new ARR booked; hitting the middle tier triggers a founding title. Engineering time is limited, so you ship within existing product surfaces.
Right for you if you've run PQL-to-team expansion and reactivation against a base in the tens of thousands. Not for CRO specialists (our volume won't support the testing), paid media buyers, or anyone who wants to manage a team. There is no team. You're it.
To apply: no cover letter. Email [email protected] with three links to things you personally built, one line each on what the numbers did. Plus one answer: we can see which companies have several individual users. How would you turn that into team conversions, and have you run that motion before?
I read and reply to every one. – Adam, co-founder/CEO
