The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Collaborate directly with clients, leading PoCs and providing technical support throughout project lifecycles.
- Exemplify exceptional customer service by delivering Level 1 support through diverse communication channels.
- Harness your proficiency in media streaming protocols such as HLS and DASH, overseeing their entire production and delivery chain.
- Leverage your Spanish fluency along with English and an additional language, if possible, to communicate effectively.
- Capitalize on your experience within the CDN market and familiarity with relevant service providers.
- Demonstrate prowess in network protocols, WebRTC, and P2P technologies and concepts.
- Employ your mastery of version control tools, microservice architectures, and software container orchestration.
- Utilize your expertise in Cloud environments, particularly AWS and Google Cloud.
- Implement observability tools and establish monitoring/logging stacks for optimal performance.
- Time Zone Flexibility: The candidate should be able to work 5 or 6 hours behind the time in Spain, to effectively collaborate with clients in the regions of the Americas.
