Grade D

This listing scored 45/100, which is a D. It lost the most ground on pay transparency.

Every figure above is arithmetic over the posting itself — its salary field, its text, its age, its tags and how many sources carry it. How the grades work →

$127k – $168k

That is the middle half of what comparable roles paid on this board over the last 90 days — 24 listings that did publish a figure, median $145k. It is not this employer's offer, and we have no idea what they pay. It is only what the rest of the market advertised.

We are applying AI to organize corporate events.
We are looking for a senior engineer with at least ten years of full stack experience, a strong focus on product and UX, and some experience building an AI chat based product.
Our tech stack is Typescript, React, Next.js and Tailwind. On the backend we use Drizzle with Neon, deployed and monitored via Vercel. Agents and background jobs are executed via trigger.dev. This gives us a killer DX because the entire tech stack supports preview branching. This allows coding agents to work in parallel on different features and verify their work independently very close to what will run in prod. CI is fast (2-3 min) and coverage is good enough to deploy to prod many times per day.
Please note that we are working remotely in the CET timezone. Having some remote experience is a plus.
We have pre-seed funding from a major US VC and are experienced founders. You’ll be working alongside the founders (ex-Apple, ex-Airbnb, ex-Tulip, ex-Tourlane) and will have a chance to shape the company, product and of course the engineering culture.
