Why this grade
This listing scored 70/100, which is a B. It lost the most ground on pay transparency.
- Description depth 20 / 20 How much the posting actually says about the work, measured in characters of real text.
- Freshness 15 / 15 How recently it was posted. Older postings are likelier to be filled or abandoned.
- Remote clarity 15 / 15 Whether "remote" means anywhere, or is quietly restricted to one country.
- Pay transparency 12 / 25 A published salary range, worth more than any other single factor because it is what a candidate cannot find out without applying.
- Corroboration 5 / 10 Whether more than one source carries this listing.
- Role specificity 3 / 10 Whether the listing is tagged well enough to tell what the role actually is.
Every figure above is arithmetic over the posting itself — its salary field, its text, its age, its tags and how many sources carry it. How the grades work →

$112k – $154k
That is the middle half of what comparable roles paid on this board over the last 90 days — 42 listings that did publish a figure, median $136k. It is not this employer's offer, and we have no idea what they pay. It is only what the rest of the market advertised.

Distributed Systems) — Stealth Project
Next-Gen Secure DePIN x Multi-Agent SLM Trading Platform (Stealth / DM for Proposal)
We are building a highly secure, decentralized AI-automated asset management and trading platform running on edge DePIN nodes. The platform utilizes 10 specialized SLMs (Small Language Models) for asynchronous execution. To ensure absolute privacy for institutional and whale traders, we implement a hard-layered defense system. This eliminates the front-running and data-selling risks common in current "free" AI wallets.
Tech we use: Cardano/Midnight (ZKP), Estonia UXP, KSI Blockchain, eBPF kernel monitoring, TEE (Intel SGX/AMD SEV), Wasm sandboxing, and NATS/gRPC for low-latency messaging.
We are looking for TWO top-tier founding engineers to team up for our upcoming high-value Grant Proposals (Web3 Foundations & Enterprise). One will focus on Security & Infrastructure, and the other on AI & Distributed Systems.
Details:
- Location: Remote (Global / Target: Eastern Europe, GMT+1 to GMT+3 preferred)
- Compensation (Pre-Funding): $150 - $300 setup/consulting fee upfront for a 1-hour alignment call and the legal right to include your profile/CV in our upcoming Grant Proposals.
- Compensation (Post-Grant): Once funding is secured, contracted at a premium rate of $100 - $150/hr (Equivalent to a $300k annual salary range).
- Benefits / Upside: NO EQUITY DILUTION. Instead, we offer a Milestone-Triggered Revenue Share. Once the platform hits $10,000 in Monthly Gross Revenue, a total of 5% to 10% of Gross Revenue will be distributed directly to the 2 founding engineers every month for 12 consecutive months.
- Role: Full-time / Milestone-contract.
