About the Role
A well-established tax preparation and financial technology company is seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist to provide hands-on campaign execution and optimization during its tax-season marketing cycle. This role partners closely with paid social leadership and the broader media team to manage campaigns across Meta and TikTok, with a strong focus on accurate execution, creative rotation, campaign health, and in-season optimization. This is a full-time, partial-year contract running November through April, requiring candidates based in the Central or Eastern time zones.
Core Responsibilities
• Manage hands-on campaign execution across Meta and TikTok, including setup and QA
• Monitor and optimize budget pacing, frequency, creative fatigue, bids, and audiences
• Proactively identify campaign-health issues and optimization opportunities
• Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights and testing recommendations
• Partner with cross-functional teams on planning, reporting, and measurement
• Support pre-season campaign builds, trafficking, creative planning, and launch readiness
• Maintain daily campaign monitoring, QA, and creative rotation during peak season
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years managing paid social campaigns, particularly across Meta and TikTok
• Strong understanding of campaign trafficking, QA, and audience management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations
• Experience collaborating with media, creative, analytics, and data teams
• Familiarity with social reporting and measurement tools
• Must be based in the Central or Eastern time zone
