• Serve as the primary operational point of contact within the DTC team, liaising with Marketing, Engineering, Planning, I.T., Supply Chain, DTC Operations and Customer Service

Business Analytics & Demand Generation (50%)

• Own all E-Commerce analytics and metrics, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights

• Manage global E-Commerce campaigns — ensuring agreed activities are executed, the calendar of events is kept up to date, and all relevant stakeholders are briefed

To Perform Well in This Role, You Will Have:

Essential

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or a related field, with relevant work experience

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines across various ongoing projects

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse group of business stakeholders

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team

Desirable

• Familiarity with business intelligence software such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar

• Experience working within an agile framework, including managing backlogs and product ownership

• MA or MBA in a related field

The Offer

• An environment which provides opportunities of working with multiple stakeholders, professional support and the possibility to share knowledge and best practices

• On-going development opportunities in a multinational environment that will inspire you to grow professionally and personally

• Wide variety of projects and tasks, innovative goals, and freedom to plan and execute them professionally

• Flexible working conditions – hybrid or remote work model within Poland

• Possibility to work in a modern office in the centre of Warsaw
