Reporting to the Senior Manager, Field Marketing Services Europe, this is a home-based role with frequent travel across the UK and potentially Europe for hotel visits and team meetings (ability and willingness to travel is essential).
What you'll do
• Partner with a portfolio of hotels, acting as their day-to-day marketing expert driving the strategy.
• Confidently lead regular hotel calls, from strategic planning and status updates to detailed performance reviews.
• Act as content expert, showcasing their offering effectively online and telling their individual brand story.
• Drive visibility, bookings, and revenue through strategic digital marketing activity.
• Analyse complex data and use your tactical mindset to turn insights into ideas and actions.
• Manage marketing budgets and monitor performance against objectives.
• Adapt your approach across mainstream, premium, luxury and lifestyle hotels, recognising that every brand, market and audience is different.
