Kigen IT ist ein spezialisiertes IT-Systemhaus für Microsoft 365, Security und Compliance. Wir betreuen Kunden in ganz Deutschland, fast komplett remote. Für unsere Managed-Service-Kunden suchen wir Verstärkung im Technikteam.

Aufgaben

• Du betreust eigenständig unsere Managed-Service-Kunden und bist ihr fester technischer Ansprechpartner

• Administration von Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Microsoft Purview, Defender und Teams

• Betreuung hybrider Umgebungen mit Active Directory, Entra Connect und Exchange Hybrid

• Umsetzung und Pflege von Security-Baselines, Conditional Access und Defender

• Bearbeitung von Tickets, Changes und kleineren Projekten

• Mitarbeit an Automatisierung mit PowerShell und Graph

Qualifikation

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 und Entra ID

• Erfahrung mit hybriden Umgebungen (Active Directory, Entra Connect, idealerweise Exchange Hybrid)

• Sicherer Umgang mit Intune und Conditional Access

• PowerShell-Kenntnisse

• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gute Kommunikation mit Kunden

• Sehr gutes Deutsch

• Von Vorteil: Purview, Defender, Zertifizierungen wie MD-102, SC-300 oder MS-102
