Als Praktikant Marketing Manager (m/w/d) arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle von Content, Positionierung, Datenanalyse und B2B-Kommunikation. Du unterstützt die Gründer dabei, unsere Marke und die unserer Kunden im Markt der Energiewende zu etablieren und skalierbare Marketing-Engines aufzubauen.
Aufgaben
- Erstellung und Aussteuerung von zielgruppenspezifischem Content für LinkedIn und andere B2B-Kanäle
- Einsatz und Optimierung von AI-Tools zur Content-Erstellung, Datenanalyse und Prozessautomatisierung
- Beschäftigung mit technologischen Entwicklungen in unserer Fokusbranche, Erkennen relevanter Trends und Entwicklung passender Content-Formate
- Unterstützung bei der Schärfung der Marktpositionierung von energized& sowie unserer Kunden
- Monitoring wichtiger Marketing-KPIs und Ableitung von Optimierungsvorschlägen
- Kommunikation komplexer Lösungen durch klare Botschaften, starke Formate und kanalübergreifende Konzepte
Qualifikation
- Du studierst Marketing, BWL, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du hast erste Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing oder Content-Bereich – idealerweise mit Fokus auf Tech, SaaS, Startup oder Industrie
- Du hast ein starkes Interesse an KI und deren Anwendung im Marketing-Alltag
- Du schreibst packende Texte und kannst komplexe Themen verständlich auf den Punkt bringen
- Du bist selbstständig, kreativ, strukturiert und hast Lust, dich aktiv einzubringen
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1)
