What You Will Do
As a Process Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting healthcare operations through accurate and efficient claims processing and administrative support activities. Responsibilities may include:
- Reviewing and processing healthcare claims according to established guidelines and procedures
- Maintaining quality, accuracy, and productivity standards
- Investigating and resolving claim-related issues when appropriate
- Following compliance, audit, and service level requirements
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating effectively with peers, leaders, and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrating accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Continuously expanding knowledge of healthcare processes and industry standards
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to meet deadlines and productivity expectations
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous healthcare operations, claims processing, administrative, or data entry experience
- Knowledge of U.S. healthcare processes and terminology
- Understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
