Job Description:
Join Job Duck as an Overnight Intake Specialist and become a vital part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional support to potential clients outside of traditional business hours. In this role, you will guide individuals through the intake process, ensure critical case information is collected accurately, and help maintain the smooth flow of operations overnight. During slower periods, you will assist with case management tasks, medical records requests, and documentation review, making a direct impact on case progression and client service.
The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- Compensation Range: 1,142 to 1,220 USD Monthly
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct intake interviews and gather detailed information from potential clients
- Support the progression of cases by maintaining organized records
- Receive, review, and organize client documentation
- Request, track, and follow up on medical records
- Assist with case management tasks during non peak periods
