AlphaGov is seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant to support Raleigh ERP transformation, including requirements, process design, configuration, data conversion, testing, training, cutover, and adoption across city functions.
What you'll do:
• Lead or support ERP implementation workstreams from discovery through go-live and stabilization
• Map finance, procurement, human resources, asset, or related business processes to ERP capabilities
• Coordinate city stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and executive decision-makers
• Develop requirements, configuration decisions, test scripts, training materials, and readiness reporting
• Contribute ERP implementation qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when permissioned
Requirements
Required:
• Hands-on ERP implementation or modernization experience with a major public-sector or enterprise platform
• Experience with requirements, process mapping, data migration, testing, training, and cutover
• Comfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator with travel as needed for client on-sites
Nice to have:
• Municipal ERP experience involving finance, procurement, HR, payroll, or asset management
• Workday, Oracle, SAP, Infor, Tyler, or comparable ERP experience
• Prior North Carolina or Raleigh-area public-sector consulting
